With support from the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), Office of Justice Programs, and U.S. Department of Justice, the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) developed the Cyber Safe Schools program to educate youth on identifying and preventing online violence. NW3C created presentations, with activities and handouts, and implemented the program in two pilot schools during the 2024-2025 school year. The program will be implemented in up to five additional schools during the 2025-2026 school year.

Since 1978, NW3C has empowered criminal justice professionals worldwide by providing expert training and technical assistance focusing on economic and high-tech crime, criminal intelligence, and legal strategies. Federal funding allows us to provide training and other services at no cost to state, local, tribal, and territorial criminal justice practitioners throughout the United States. NW3C has also developed and implemented a variety of programs for youth to help them navigate the online world safely.
